The Council are currently consulting on extending its street drinking ban, but for some reason they think the Harringay Passage is not a problem and have not included it. Its officers obviously do not walk down the Passage regularly enough to see the large array of bodily fluids and empty cans and (normally broken) bottles that we have to dodge.
